3. Pavement Specialist 2 Grad. in Civil Engg./Post Grad. in Highway Engg. Exp.: 20 Yrs. out of which 10 Yrs. in pavement design and maintenance and exp. of pavement design of at least 3 major highways ( cost not less than 1000 million) in similar capacity. At par with the Industry

4. Bridge Engineer 4 Grad. in Civil Engg./Post Grad. in Bridge/Structural Engineering Exp.: 20 Yrs. out of which 10 Yrs. as Senior Engg. in Bridge design and construction and exp. as Bridge Engg. in 2 highways projects ( cost not less than 1000 million) or exp. in design of 3 major bridges ( length more than 100 m.) Senior Survey Engg. 4 Grad. in Civil Engg./ additional qualification in advance surveying Exp.: 20 Yrs. , 8 Yrs on similar projects in project prepation and contruction and through understanding of modern computer based methods of surveying and exp. as Survey engg. in 3 highways projects (cost not less than 1000 million) At par with the Industry

8. Transport Economist 2 Grad. in Civil Engg./ Post Grad. in Transport Economics & Management Exp.: 15 Yrs. out of which 5 yrs. on highway projects and as Transport Economist of 3 highways projects (cost not less than 1000 million) At par with the Industry

9. Environmental Specialist 2 Grad. in Civil Engg./ Environmental Engineering / Post Grad. in Social Sciences or Environmental science. Exp.: 20 Yrs., 5 yrs. in environmental assessment of infrastructure projects, must have handled environmental issues in case of at least 2 highway projects funded by World Bank / Asian Development Bank etc. as environmental specialist. At par with the Industry

10. Quantity Surveyor / Documentation Expert 2 Grad. in Civil Engg. Exp.: 15 Yrs., 5 yrs. in preparation of Bill of Quantities, Contract documents for highway projects and construction of highways and as Quantity Surveyor / Documentation Expert of at least 2 highways projects (cost not less than 1000 million) At par with the Industry

11 Rehabilitation & Resettlement Expert 4 Grad. / Post Grad. in Social Sciences Exp.: 20 Yrs., min 5 yrs in infrastructure projects, must have handled R&R issues in case of at least 2 highway projects funded by World Bank / Asian Development Bank etc. At par with the Industry
