Location: Mumbai & Chennai
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidates would have: -
A full-time MBA in HR from a premier institute
Minimum 4 to a maximum 10 years of HR experience
Expertise in HR processes in a generalist role
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage a team of HR officers
Willing to work in evening / night shifts
Experience in a BPO would be a definite advantage
Level: Middle/Senior Management
